Cancellation Procedure
Follow these steps to submit a request for cancellation of some or all your products/services:
- Click here to log into the client area.
- Log into the client area.
- Select the “My Services” link on the top menu.
- Click on the icon on the right side of the product you wish to cancel.
- Click the “Request Cancellation” button at the bottom of the screen.
- Briefly Describe your reason for Cancellation (optional).
- Select one of “Immediate” or “End of Billing Period” types.
- Click the “Request Cancellation” button.
